Our salon appreciates and values each of our clients and their privacy. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect no information on consumers who browse our Web page. With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies. We do not send spams to your machine. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. Any information that is provided to us at the Salon is only used as necessary to conduct business and for contacting our clients about thier appoints. Occasionally, we may mail coupons, gift certificates or other literature as requested.

 

Salon Guidelines & Etiquette

 

- Please make plans to arrive 15-20 minutes early for your treatment, so you will have plenty of time to check and relax.

- Please also note that your treatment time has been set aside especially for you, and late arrival will deprive you of an equal portion of your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

- To ensure complete relaxation for yourself and all our guests, please honor the tranquil setting of Salon Kalea by using your "spa voice". Use of cellular phones is prohibited.

- If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Salon Kalea 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. For 2 or more services or spa packages, a 48 hour notice is required.

- Guests booking spa services are required to provide a credit card or gift card number to guarantee an appointment.

- A robe and slippers will be provided for your use during your visit to Salon Kalea. Undergarments may be worn during treatments, but rest assured, our therapists are professionally trained in correct draping procedure to ensure your comfort and privacy.

 

Gift certificates Terms and Conditions

 

  • Gift certificates can be purchased in store or online at www.skdayspa.com.

  • Gift certificates are not refundable if lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong email address.
  • Please protect yourself by being careful to enter your recipient's email address correctly, and keeping a paper copy of the certificate for your records in case the email copy is lost.
  • Gift certificates cannot be returned for a refund or redeemed for cash.
  • If you return merchandise that was purchased with a gift certificate, your refund will be issued as a Salon Kalea store credit to your customer account.
  • On all returned items we will charge 20% restocking fee.
  • Gift certificates expire a year from the date of purchase date.
  • Gift certificates are emailed to your recipient. No paper copy will be mailed.
  • You may not use Salon Kalea store credit to purchase a gift certificate. Cash, check, credit or debit card must be used to pay for the gift certificate.
  • No sales tax is charged when you purchase a gift certificate. Sales tax, if applicable, will be charged when the gift certificate is used by the recipient.
  • Only one gift certificate can be used per order.
